Return Policy

Returns of undamaged items are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  
How to Return
 
  • Please email me at uri@oceangrownvinyl.com with the order information, the name of the records you would like to return, and the reason why they did not work out.
  • Re­package and send the records you would like to return.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your return has been issued.
